Dear Parents, Students and Teachers --

Welcome to new and returning parents, students and teachers. This is an exciting part of the school year. Let’s begin our partnership right away to invest in the future of our communities. This investment starts with the success of our students. One of the key building blocks in this investment is communication. The PTSO uses several types of media to communicate with parents, students and teachers. We aim

to leave a strong network in place for the Dr. Henry A. Wise, Jr. High School (WISE) community and the revolving PTSO Executive Board.

And now, at the start of another school year, we focus our efforts on reaching our WISE base and building upon our communication plan.

In order to achieve our goals, we ask that each parent, student and teacher provide us with essential contact information. This information will only be used to communicate with you about issues regarding the education of your child.

If you have any suggestions, it is not only your right but your parental responsibility to share your thoughts with us. We value your opinion and we want your participation. It is our sincere desire to help Dr. Henry A. Wise, Jr. High School become a place where parents, teachers and students alike are PROUD to call themselves Pumas.

Come join the PTSO at our first meeting this school year. Adult membership is $10.00 and student membership is $6.00 per school year. We also accept donations.
